St James' Park Local Centre

We are bringing forward the Local Centre to help complete the new community of St James’ Park. 

Our site is part of the St James’ Park masterplan site which has already received outline planning permission. The masterplan is a residential-led urban extension incorporating a range of uses including a new local centre. The masterplan comprises 53 hectares of land on the southern fringe of Bishop’s Stortford. 

The Local Centre is located on the southern border of the masterplan site, with the employment area to the east, new homes to the north and west and Bishop’s Stortford High School and the future new primary school to the north west.

The site is well connected via the local highway network and is easily accessible for the residents and businesses of St James’ Park and Bishop’s Stortford more widely.
