Next steps

We are currently preparing reserved matters details which we hope to submit to East Hertfordshire Council for approval over the coming weeks.

Before we finalise the scheme, we would like to hear your views on our emerging proposals for the St James’ Park Local Centre.

To have your say, please fill in a feedback form. Feedback from the community will be reviewed by the project team and incorporated, where possible, into the final design.

We will continue to work closely with Council Officers at East Hertfordshire Council in order to secure the necessary approvals and deliver a scheme which will be at the heart of the St James’ Park community.
