St James' Park Local Centre

The team bringing forward the St James’ Park Local Centre is pleased that their Reserved Matters submission has been made to East Hertfordshire District Council.

This would deliver a new Local Centre for St James’ Park, which would provide a range of amenities at the heart of the new community and for the wider area.

Our Reserved Matters submission seeks approval for a scheme that complies with the Outline planning permission, featuring a Co-op, café, gym, sub unit, community centre, nursery and a McDonald’s restaurant.
